TOP 5 NJ WEDDING VENUES

When it comes to city views, everyone knows NJ has some of the best views money can buy.  That’s why I decided to list my top 5 wedding venues in NJ that TCM DJs have personally DJ’d at.  Another factor that makes NJ wedding venues different from NYC venues are the multitude of rustic choices. Not to mention you can get more space for your money as well.  Especially during these unknown times it’s nice to pick a venue that has outdoor options.

1. Liberty House Restaurant - Jersey City, NJ

For starters, Liberty House has views of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis island and the iconic Manhattan skyline. Surrounded by water with 1,400 square feet of space, this venue can cater to large weddings at an affordable price.  Ranging from $130-$205 person you can plan for a larger wedding without breaking the bank.  Therefore, Liberty House hits all benchmarks for why picking NJ for your wedding venue location is a smart choice.

2. Art Factory Studios - Patterson, NJ

Art Factory is a fun and creative space.  Imagine endless space with a rustic warehouse feel and multiple floors with outdoor spaces.  Did I mention lots and lots of space?  For wedding receptions Art Factory can fit up to 7,000.  Indoor ceremonies can fit 1,000 and outdoor ceremonies can fit 200.  I have personally DJ’d three weddings at Art Factory Studios and each time the space was set up completely different.  You can check out one of the craziest weddings I played there by reading my blog post here.

3.Batello - Jersey City, NJ

Batello is an ocean front restaurant with panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline.  The venue can fit up to 250 guests for wedding receptions.  I personally loved the high ceilings, brick walls and the overall modern and rustic feel.  The food is delicious making this venue an all around hit.  Restaurants always have a more intimate feel but with ocean views you can feel like you are on a cruise ship.  Therefore, ocean lovers should look no further and book Batello for their wedding venue location.

4. W Hotel - Hoboken, NJ

The W Hotel in Hoboken is an amazing location for your wedding!  With a perfect view of the empire state building and it’s swanky reception space, you feel like you are in the heart of NYC even though you’re not.  You can fit up to 400 people for your reception.  Not to mention if you have lots of out of town guests then picking the W Hotel is a smart choice.  I personally had a blast DJing at this space since it honestly felt like an intimate club experience rather than a wedding.  In conclusion, The W Hotel in Hoboken is the way to go for your wedding celebration.

5.Stonehouse at the Stirling Ridge, Warren, NJ

Stonehouse at the Stirling Ridge is the perfect venue for you nature lovers.  It faces the Watchung Mountains and has 16 flt glass windows bringing the outdoors to your event.  Not that you have to stay indoors since there are multiple opportunities to celebrate outside.  The venue itself is designed to perfection with gorgeous chandeliers and wood and stone floors.  There is a terrace overlooking a garden which makes your cocktail hour that much more of an experience.  Prices are super affordable too ranging from $130-$190 per person.  In conclusion, although Stonehouse might be a little further out from NYC it’s an amazing choice for your NJ wedding venue.
